Returns:All products we sell (unless specified otherwise) are new. They're covered by any and all manufacturers warranties. If you purchased a product that's found to be defective, your best bet is to contact the manufacturer. If they can offer you no help, call us and we'll be glad to assist. Please call the Manufacturer first to avoid unecessary delays.

TechStar Massive, Inc will not be liable for labor charges and other intangible or consequent losses that might be claimed as a result of shipment delays or failure of any part, nor shall they be liable for damages or injury to any persons or property resulting from the use, misuses or improper installation of any part subject to this warranty.

Returns:

To receive credit, you must return the item within 30 days of receipt. We will not however accept anything without prior approval and an RMA number. Please CALL to gain approval. We don't accept products that aren't in their original unmolested packaging. NO returns on special order, one off/custom built/customized products. All returns will be minus original freight costs and must be shipped pre-paid. We reserve the right to impose a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping: We will select the most appropriate shipment method for your item(s). USPS Priority for most small items as it offers fast delivery and a tracking number. UPS will be used for all larger and heavier items. We can also offer faster next day services. Please call for a quote. All aerosol and other flamable products can only be shipped via UPS Ground.

International shipments will need to be quoted via emial or phone at this time. $5 Shipping does not apply to international shipments. USPS service will be used for any international shipments as costs are low, service is fast and customs is often painless. Some large items will be shipped via FedEx. Whenever you have us ship with a tracking numbered service, we will email it to you. Please check your email spam filter before contacting us as our emails often end up there. Please understand that it is our responsibility to get your packages packed well and shipped in a timely manner, but we accept no responsibility if your package is delayed by your chosen shipping service. We typically will ship within 24 hours of order payment.

Shipping Insurance: UPS shipments are automatically insured to $100. USPS packages are NOT insured. Any insurance over and above what is offered will be at $2 per $100, rounding up. You can add this while checking out in the “other credits and discounts” area. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you will need to file a claim with your respective carrier and they will not pay out on packages that are uninsured or under insured.
Service: We value our customers and wish to keep all of their experiences positive. We will do everything in our power to please our customers and NEVER aim to take advantage of them. Please, if you feel that you are unsatisfied in any way, CALL us or email us.

International: We welcome world wide business. We must however prepare customs documentation and this will carry with it a $4 documentation fee.

Very important or time sensitive issues are best handled via phone. We are a real business so we are closed on the weekends, therefore, your emails will not be answered until the following Monday.

Inventory: Massive is a genuine full service high performance retailer and installer. We stock a lot of inventory. We don't believe that we should offer products we have no way of getting. Please understand however that we have a showroom, a website and ebay sales departments and sometimes stock is simply gone from one minute to the next. We do however pledge to keep you aware of any shortages. You can choose at that time if you would like to continue the transaction, or we may be able to offer similar alternatives. We do try to keep our inventory counts as accurate as possible.

About us: We are a full line performance retailer and also offer installations. We have an in house machine shop and can also provide engine building services. We love this business and it is our passion so please feel free to ask any questions.
