When first order they sent the wrong part by accident so I sent them a message and they replied vary fast not only did they get me the right part sent out to me they let me keep the cam shaft pinning tool they sent by accident the harmonic balancer installation tool worked like a charm and so did the pinning tool I was planning on using what what the heck let let me keep it lol there customer service is top notch and their tools and parts are easy to use well packaged and fairly priced and of good quality can't say enough about thease folks can't go wrong if you use them
