Of course, these mids are not emmisions legal and therefore are for off road / racing use only, and will trigger a harmless check engine light signaling catalyst inefficiency. Ridding yourself of this light can be easily accomplished by adding CEL eliminator harness’ or with any aftermarket chip/tuner device such as SCT, Diablo, etc.
